The class is designed for the needs of women’s health in times of pregnancy, menstruation, and menopause. Beginners can start on the 16th pregnancy week onwards. The experienced students of Iyengar Yoga my start from the beginning of their pregnancy.

The class is taught in a small group of maximum seven students in English and/or German by certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers, taking care that each yoga student will get individual corrections and adjustments.
